Today was my first day of choir practice. I had my symbolized choir schedule ready to go. I also had the text-only version of my choir schedule ready, too. We got some new choir folders, and I got a red one. When we entered the church it felt like we were in the tropics. I was sweating all night. I hope that next Thursday at choir practice we get to be in the air conditioning.
We played our first game in choir where we had to talk about the highlights of our summer and our favorite hymn. Then we got to sing the first three of our new songs. We ended our first day of choir practice with a party to celebrate the first day of choir.
It felt nice to be in the cool air after choir practice. I watched a little bit of the Phillies game and football too. I'm looking forward to the weeks to come at choir practice.
